4600 Series Ultra-High Bond Solid Acrylic Core Tape
The 4600 Series features acrylic foam double-sided tapes with self-adhesive layers, designed for reliable bonding and performance at short-term high temperatures. These tapes deliver high shear with excellent resistance to solvents and temperature cycling, along with superior shock absorption and vibration damping properties. Their flexibility and softness allow for easy application to curved surfaces and contours. Available in gray.

1 – Peel Adhesion (10mm tape, 300mm/min per STM D3330), Dynamic Shear (1.00cm° on SUs, 200mm/min per ASTM D1002), and Static Shear (3.23cm° on SUS, 7-day hold per AST D3654) testing performed on stainless steel at room temperature unless noted.
2 – Short-term Temperature Resistance measured at 100g load over 6.45cm= (minutes-to-hours). Long term measured at 250g load over 3.23cm= (4 hours-7 days).
